Many cities require private developers to allocate a percentage of their building construction costs for on-site public art. We are experienced in working with developers and cities to select or commission works that meet these requirements.   We reviewed artists throughout the United States and Canada before commissioning a sculpture for the Daniel Burnham Court lobby in compliance with the city’s public art ordinance. We selected Boston artist Obie Simonis, who shaped polished steel into lyrical circular forms.
