| We
worked with the owners of this private home to select art for
virtually every area in the house, including the swimming pool,
dining room and spectacular circular stairwells. |

Swimming
Pool Setting
A
pensive bronze figurative sculpture was commissioned to adorn
an indoor swimming pool The contemplative pose helps to create
a mood of tranquility and peace.

Dining
Room
The
architecture and interior design of the dining room was so
rich and dramatic that a simple image was necessary. We chose
a single-cast glass sculpture, whose minimal form and color
is an excellent counterpoint to the textures surrounding it
on all four walls and the ceiling.

Circular
Stairwells
Two
circular stairwells provide access to the second story. The
contemporary ceramic sculpture takes its influence from classical
Greek and Roman figurative busts, while its height and the
romantic subject matter are a beautiful counterpoint to the
curve of the banister.

Located
on the other side of the stairwell is this tour d'force by
John Luebtow in slumped, molded and etched glass. The sections
range from 9 to 14 feet and are incorporated into an irregular
brass pedestal. The play of light and shadow creates an ever-changing
pattern on the surrounding surfaces.
